The MILK Fund responds swiftly in meeting the needs of youth and kids that fall through the cracks. Our programmes empower and provide opportunities for our beneficiaries to thrive.
MILK Scholarships
Set up in 2010, MILK Scholarship has been awarded to over 1000 deserving recipients. Through these scholarships, we ensure that deserving youth are not denied a tertiary education because of financial hardship. We believe that through higher education, our youths will realise their fullest potential and break out of their poverty cycle.
The MILK Scholarship is awarded to promising students who have the courage and willingness to work hard for their future. They should be diligent, resilient and compassionate. Each MILK Scholar is required to be involved in a community project that gives back to society.

Provides financial assistance to meet the basic needs of promising ITE students, that display a positive attitude. The scholarship provides support throughout the students course at ITE. Ultimately, the scholarship will reduce the burden and stress and enable ITE students to fulfil their potential as contributing members of society through holistic development and support.
Available to Singaporean students 25 years old and below, from financially disadvantaged backgrounds pursuing their studies in any of the ITE Colleges with good conduct and attendance.
All interested students are to approach their Class Advisors to nominate them for this Scholarship. -
The MILK Scholarship (Polytechnic) is aimed at empowering promising young persons who come from low-income households. The scholarship will ensure deserving youth are not denied a tertiary education because of financial hardship. Through this scholarship, we want to see students realise their fullest potential and be better equipped to be gainfully employed. The MILK Scholarship (Polytechnic) will provide full support for tuition fees.
Singaporean students 25 years old and below from financially disadvantaged background, pursuing their studies in any Singapore Polytechnic under the Ministry of Education are welcome to apply.

The MILK Scholarship (University) will ensure that deserving youth will not be denied an opportunity for university education. Our MILK Scholar alumni have led they was by blazing the trails in various careers. We want to empower students with resilient attitudes and diligent habits. Scholars will also be part of a community network which will offer opportunities to network, grow and accumulate social capital.
Singaporean students 25 years old and below from financially disadvantaged background, pursuing their studies in any autonomous university in Singapore are welcome to apply.

MILK Community/School Bursaries
Provides bursaries to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The MILK Fund Bursaries cover essential education-related expenses such as school fees, uniforms, stationery, meal and transport expenses.
The MILK Fund is open to proposals from community partners/schools/VWOs for bursary programs. The programme commits to plugging gaps that may arise in providing an effective education experience for our youth and kids.
Exceptional Circumstances
The MILK Fund strives to provide adequate intervention and support in exceptional circumstances. We work with our partners to ensure a holistic approach when dealing with unique situations involving youth and kids that require immediate and swift support.
